REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Please contact us early, as spots may fill up at any time. Acceptance is on a first-come, first-served basis.
You are officially registered upon acceptance of a $900 deposit (minimum), payable via check, money order, credit card or bank transfer. We can not hold a reservation unless a deposit has been made.
Once you have registered with a deposit you will receive a confirmation of your payment. Unless you buy plane tickets that are fully refundable, please DO NOT make travel plans or purchase your airfare until we advise you that enough participants have signed up for the trip. Once a trip meets the minimum number of travelers required, you will be notified and will receive an invoice for payment of the balance due no later than 60 days prior to the start of the workshop. You will also receive more information in a travel packet.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
In the event of a workshop cancellation due to low enrollment, Cuba Workshops is not responsible for reimbursement of travel airfare or expenses that were made prior to our notification that a trip is a "go". For that reason, please check with us before making any non-refundable travel plans.
Even after a workshop has been confirmed, we strongly recommend that all participants purchase trip insurance that covers workshop expenses and any travel costs that are non-refundable, especially in this time of COVID.
Unless otherwise noted, balances are due 60 days before the start date of the workshop. CW reserves the right to cancel a registration if payment of the balance has not been received within 5 business days of the due date on the invoice. This will result in no refund of the deposit.
If registration is withdrawn more than 60 days prior to the start date of your workshop, CW will refund all payments made, less a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the $900 minimum deposit.
Withdrawing less than 60 days prior to when a workshop begins will result in no refund of payments. This is the importance of having insurance. We have limited space in our Cuba workshops and we depend on your confirmed attendance to make important arrangements and logistics that we are unable to change.
CW is not responsible for client cancellations due to medical or other emergencies. Should CW need to cancel a workshop for whatever reason, all fees and deposits will be refunded in full. We may, upon your permission, transfer your deposit or full payment to another upcoming CW workshop.
